Key Responsibilities
DELIVERY CONTRIBUTION
• Act as the UI/UX lead within project teams
• Deliver implementation-ready outputs
• Ensure consistency and quality across all UI/UX deliverables
UX/UI DESIGN & PROTOTYPING
• Translate customer journeys into:
– Wireframes (low & high fidelity)
– UI designs (web & mobile)
– Interactive prototypes
• Define user flows, navigation structures, and interaction patterns]
UX ASSESSMENT & IMPROVEMENT
• Conduct:
– Heuristic evaluations
– UX audits of digital platforms
– Usability testing sessions
• Identify usability issues and recommend actionable improvements
JOURNEY-TO-INTERFACE TRANSLATION
• Work closely with CX teams to:
– Convert journey maps into tangible interface designs
– Ensure alignment between business requirements and user experience
PROPOSAL & CLIENT SUPPORT
• Support proposal development through:
– Visual concepts and mockups
– Experience flows and interface samples
• 4–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio (enterprise, government, or complex digital platforms)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., UX/UI Design, Graphic Design) and certifications in UX/UI
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Proven ability to translate customer journeys into interface designs and prototypes
• Experience working within regulated environments (e.g., government, banking)
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with Digital Government Authority (DGA) guidelines or similar frameworks
