We are pleased to announce that our Principal Consultant Rami Haffar has been selected as a judge for the Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2020.
Now in its fifth year, the Awards enable businesses across the Gulf to compete for the ultimate accolade in the world of customer experience. The cross-sector nature of the event means that CX professionals from a range of business backgrounds will attend. The event will be a melting-pot of new ideas and best practice ways in which CX is achieved across the economy.
As a judge, Rami will evaluate pitches relating to digital transformation from leading companies in the region, assess their entries and offer actionable feedback to the finalists. Previous winners include Virgin Mobile UAE, Emirates Group and DHL.
Rami is a Principal focused on large scale Customer and Employee Experience transformations and currently heads the Experience Management practice at New Metrics. Previously, he led end-to-end transformations for some of the leading organizations in the Middle East, North Africa, and China. Rami is also a Qualtrics Experience Management expert and works to enable organizations to adopt comprehensive Voice of Customer programs and unlock the highest value from the world’s leading Experience Management technology. He holds a civil engineering degree and an M.B.A from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
